We believe that every local church should reflect the community in which it is located, and should adapt it’s ministries to serve those effectively in the community.  These are the factors that influence our ministry.

• Cairo is less educated than the national average. (61% graduation rate vs. 76.5% graduation rate)
  • Therefore, we keep it simple.

• Cairo is slightly younger than the national average. (33.9 years vs. 36.5 years).  In Grady the two largest age groups are: 25-34 which make up 13.7%, and 35-44 which make up 14.4%.  The median age in Grady county is: 34.4.
  • Therefore, we stay relevant.

• The population is 41% black
